  • No. Testing can be completed remotely using an at-home hair sample, and consultations are available by Zoom or phone. In-person appointments may also be available depending on location and availability.

  • After purchasing your test kit, you’ll collect a small hair sample and mail it back using the provided materials. Once we receive your sample and the scan is complete, you’ll receive an invitation to book your consultation, where we’ll review the results together and discuss supportive next steps.
